Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when accessing or using Bizlumo ERP. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions. We may update this AUP at any time.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Services to store, send or display content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that violates the privacy or intellectual-property rights of others, or that you do not have the right to process.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights.
• Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems or networks.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Services, or breaching security or authentication measures.
• Introducing malware, viruses, worms or other harmful code.
• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, or phishing.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services, including denial-of-service activity or imposing an unreasonable load.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping or copying the Services except where permitted by law.
• Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Services to third parties without authorisation.

3. Network & Resource Use

You must not consume excessive resources, circumvent usage limits, or use automated means to access the Services in a way that degrades performance for others.

4. Responsibility for Authorized Users & End Users

You are responsible for ensuring your Authorized Users and your own end users comply with this AUP, and for any activity conducted through your Account.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We do not routinely monitor content but may investigate suspected violations. We may remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate access, for any breach of this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
