Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Bizlumo ERP. It forms part of and should be read with our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

1. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, you may evaluate the Services at no cost for the stated trial period and will not be charged until the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial converts to a paid Subscription and the applicable fee is charged.

2. Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period — monthly, quarterly or annual — using the payment method on file. Quarterly and annual plans may be offered at a discount in exchange for the longer commitment.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For a first-time paid Subscription, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge, provided the Account has not been used in a material or abusive way during that period (for example, bulk data export followed by cancellation). This guarantee applies once per customer.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. Because renewals are notified and recur automatically, please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. As a courtesy, if you contact us within a short period after an unexpected renewal and have not used the renewed term, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund or credit.

5. Cancellation & Downgrades

You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period, after which the Account moves to a free/limited tier or is closed. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; we do not provide prorated cash refunds for mid-cycle downgrades, but unused value may be applied as account credit where indicated.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

Except where required by law or expressly stated, the following are non-refundable: one-time setup or onboarding fees; add-ons or usage already consumed; amounts for periods already used; and taxes already remitted to authorities.

7. Taxes, Currency & Processors

Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method through our payment processor. Refund amounts are net of any non-recoverable processor fees where permitted by law. Tax handling follows applicable rules in your jurisdiction.

8. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. Continued failure may result in suspension or downgrade of the Account until the balance is resolved.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the Account pending resolution.

10. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request through the support options in your account dashboard, including the account email, the plan, and the transaction date and amount. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to process approved refunds within a reasonable time (typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider).
